HR has difficulty completing thorough and full outflow policies

The research outflow policy 2013 conducted by Presearch shows that 38 percent of HR officials do not systematically bundle or analyze their results from exit questionnaires and/or exit interviews. This while clearly indicating that they should do more to reduce unwanted staff turnover. 51 percent of this group is even dissatisfied with their current approach and at the same time give more to the prevention of unwanted staff turnover (84 percent).
